Meet Luis
I’m Luis Cielak, a Lead Product Designer based in Philadelphia, originally from Mexico City. I help organizations turn complex ideas into clear, intuitive digital experiences—with craft, empathy, and measurable results.
My design journey didn’t start with wireframes. It began with asking better questions: Why is this broken? What’s standing in the user’s way? How do we make this simpler, faster, or more humane?
Over the past decade, I’ve led design across fintech, B2C, B2B SaaS, e-commerce, and data-rich platforms—often working on products where the stakes are high and the systems are complex. Whether I’m building a design system, running discovery workshops, or shaping strategy with stakeholders, I focus on delivering clarity—for users and for the business.
I thrive in ambiguity and love connecting dots across research, interface design, and information architecture. I believe great UX is invisible but undeniable—it builds trust, reduces friction, and scales beautifully.
When I’m not in Figma or interviewing users, you’ll find me brewing kombucha, perfecting a sourdough culture, or teaching design workshops. (And yes, all three involve fermentation, iteration, and a bit of magic.)
